I probably should have clarified a bit more. The current account should be strelka1983. The artist seems to have deleted everything related to the miwa_hitomi one.
post #185917 and post #567575 were both on strelka when I looked at it the other time and a SauceNao search confirmed it.

What I mean is that there seems to be no *current* pixiv account for this artist. At the leastr it doesn't seem to be the one linked in strelka right now, and the pixiv link in the second image you linked is dead.

The artist activity was marked as false a while ago. The pixiv account should be this one.

At least strelkal's post #844079 was used as a cover page of Heisei-Romanticism's doujinshi.
(Heisei-Romanticism is Miwa Hitomi's circle / website name.)
