Vendetta against note vandalism

Another thing to note is that young accounts shouldn't get extra leniency with this sort of thing, since it could just as easily be a new sock-puppet for someone less than willing to put their main, more established account on the line by breaking the rules.

If more than just a handful of notes are affected and/or the fake notes are highly offensive, I just ban outright. Anywhere between 3 days and a few thousand years, depending. But do a neg to bring it to my attention, I check he record list at least once a day, usually more.
