Done as Blue_Haired_Girl_(Murakami_Suigun) in line with original unnamed characters though it could be moved to _(fism) just as easily.
edit: moved to Blue_Haired_Girl_(fism) for length and to prevent someone assuming it needs an original tag.

I'd just gone and moved it to (murakami_suigun) not knowing it had been deliberately moved... well, I'll alias fism to the full tag.

Half the images in that pool she's not even wearing clothing that involves a hood ie post #837291 and post #820623 I can't tell if someone started adding random posts or if that pool has zero focus.

But that's perfectly topical for the pool. 95% images of Ichirin feature her with the hood, so alternative, hoodless costumes are within the focus.
You can simply search for kumoi_ichirin -hood. I don't think a character-specific pool is needed. What if someone wants "hoodless" (habit-less) Index or Bridget? All of those can easily be found by using the tags mentioned above. (or would be if people consistently tagged Index and Bridget's headgear.
