We also has exceptionally common pairings or characters with exceptionally common personality traits (I don't want to be boring, but examples from Touhou are countless), yet to utilize the system we will only add tags and pools that can be used by everyone across copyrights/characters. The most recent discussion related to this is to use rivalry tag instead of pooling Mokou vs Kaguya.
Perverted Homu is lovely, and she can be in the existing Perverted girls pool just fine. (I added all posts in the latter already.)

A general pool should certainly be favored over a character specific pool. I don't think the latter is needed at all, but I said the same about pool #1970, for which even any attempts to clean it up have been thwarted by users readding posts. Anyway, pool:perverted_girls akemi_homura is equivalent to pool:madoka_-_perverted_homura with no information lost..

I think the two tags happy tears work nicely enough without making a combo tag.

No it couldn't. The sex tag is only for anal and vaginal penetration. Sex in the context of happy_sex is any sexual practice.
By my reckoning the only use happy_tears would have is weeding out false positives that crop up from having one character in a picture crying out of sadness or anger or what have you and another being happy.

And the tears could come from an almost heart-warming moment as well or the character is happy in panel 1, but sad and crying in panel 2. Is happy going for subtle moments of happiness, or clear demonstrations of happiness
I don't see why sex is being limited to only penetration for that matter. Unless I missed something in the forums.

I've tried, I get a lot of references to the policy of sex and that its confusing, but nothing on why it refers only to penetration. I get enough from what I've searched that its not going to change at any rate.

Been around a month with only one picture in it, and I haven't seen any others that fit. Hat jokes are more prominent in the Anglophone community, I think.
