Even with all the posts not affiliated with the project removed, there's still nothing special about pool #2352. At the very least, Tenshi should be drawn with a specific style of short hair, but the artists involved couldn't even muster that bare minimum.

im not sure if purumia should be a tag or not. I feel the ammount of images right now doesn't constitute a tag for it
Why not something like jiggling? Then it would cover any character drawn in this style and would sound, IMO, less dumb.
edit: Most of them are already tagged trembling... alternatively, people can just search hoshizuki_(seigetsu) chibi to find all of them.

Its a specific character, like mofuji. Since this particular character has a name, I don't see why not. And we already have trembling which covers that good enough.

Its distinctive enough from puru-see, since he uploads purumia picture on the seventh of every month and the wiki covers why this is done. I guess, although we could go the mofuji route and not include variants. We could include it and note in the puru-see wiki about why Rumia shows up every now and then.
I don't think they are separately taggable characters, but rather one artist's style of drawing. I don't see the point in creating two new tags when the concept is adequately covered by hoshizuki_(seigetsu) chibi. But I'm not going to get in a big argument over this; frankly, I don't care for that style and so don't really care a lot what it's tagged.
It just seems like overkill. I mean, Pixiv has an "おっぱいマミ" tag that's (apparently) for when Tomoe Mami is drawn with large breasts. But are we going to create an oppai_mami tag for this when it's covered by the existing tags /lb tomoe_mami? I hope not. Pixiv also has a "魔法少年まどか♂マギカ" tag, but this is covered by genderswap /msmm so we don't create a mahou_shounen_madoka_magica tag.
TL;DR: not every Pixiv memetag has to be converted into a Danbooru tag.

No, but she's exceptionally commonly depicted as such. The fanon has basically taken this meme and ran with it.

I'm gonna contest this statement. Characters like sukusuku hakutaku, Mofuji, Inu Sakuya have become variants which are drawn by multiple artists. They're accepted within the fandom as characters. (Though I'm not entirely certain on Inu Sakuya, seems like any Sakuya + dog ears qualifies for that one.)
Puru-see, on the other hand, is just one artist drawing the same character in the same style a lot. Just a jiggling cat-Parsee drawn by one guy. I don't think this deserves a tag or pool, because of this.

Actually, no, there's been a recent cleanup to narrow it down to a specific design. See forum #45051.

Well, in that case, it looks like the discussion ended without the tag ever being cleaned. I see the image S1eth gave as not counting as Inu Sakuya never had its tag removed, so I presume the rest of the images consisting of a regular Sakuya plus dog ears never got looked over.
