post #843346 is Charlotte's original depiction. Canonically, the doll form doesn't show any personality, and doesn't speak or otherwise react to her surroundings. It's also unclear whether she should be considered a person.

Oh, well, uh, fuck, this is a bizarre case and I'm fine with either way.

I say yes for the reason sgcdonmai stated. She's not as much human as post #836866, but better include it.
