Forum limitations?

I only ever see technical discussion or question on the forums, and I remember reading a post in somebody's introduction thread that this is really only reserved for tech talk to questions.

I was wondering if anybody knows of any plans for a general discussion forum that might be implemented on Danbooru anytime in the near future.

I mainly ask because I have a question for people who've watched Lucky Star >_>

But I'd also like to know why this site doesn't have an actual discussion forum...

In case you didn't know by now, Danbooru is Serious Business. This means that the forum is only used for discussions that pertain to the site itself, and topics on how to improve it.

If you want a place to discuss animu in general, there's a metric-tonne of other places to do that.

If you make your question as clear and polite as possible, it's very likely that you get multiple serious answers. And if trolls cause you some kind of permanent harm, you might want to keep away from the internet as a whole.

On the topic, boorus are a really bad place for general discussion. Try one of the thousands of anime forums.
