I just tried to upload some pics, 5 said uploaded, 1 said image already exists....
I can only see 2 of the uploads....
What have I done wrong ????

Exactly. A "loli" tag on this site means explicit content involving obviously underage girls, so it's only used in that case. The reason it's blocked for everyone except privileged members is cause it scares away potential advertisers.
You saw 2 because you mismarked 2 as safe.
They were supposed to be "questionable", not "safe", anyways. One got its rating fixed so it "disappeared" to you.
The board WILL display loli tagged images marked as "safe" to non-priveledged users, although people probably shouldn't be using the loli tag in that case anyway.

Well, alot of members would want to see the loli pics, and as albert said

So wouldn't it be better to make an acount status for the folks that would like to see all the pics (loli and other not show pics for unprivileged accounts) ?

These would all be classed as 'Loli'.... So, you are telling me not to post at all !!!

If you care to re-read my earlier reply to you, I think that you will find that it is not I who ‘don’t get it’.
I was merely correcting your appalling use of English so that it made sense.
I also corrected your misspelling of ‘privileged’. I would have thought that as a privileged member you could at least copy the correct spelling from you member information.
