Also, I noticed there was was an artist named only as 学 but there weren't any posts under that artist.

Pixiv url account name isnt much help either. Maybe just snag the twitter url and do gaku_daichi.

Don't use (pixiv) because there could easily be several more tokitakas on pixiv. I see someone's already made the tag tokitaka_(amaterath) which is what I was going to suggest.

Use ebi_to_shirasu. The artist might have been going for "silas", but without anything to back that up it's probably better to just use the straight kana reading.

けーる/"keeru", but that's a lousy tag; the bit in the image URL (also the twitter username) is better: yuugen_no_tei.
