Distasteful as I find it, I agree. It's actually most common for the act to be done all at once (at least in JAV) because trying to do it in sequence requires more film and more time editing.

Perhaps it is something like several women doing female ejaculation on another woman?
There's some images under bukkake yuri but none depict female ejaculation.
There probably shouldn't be anything under bukkake yuri in that case, because I'm pretty sure we decided that semen contradicts the yuri tag.
Perhaps we should have a tag like female_on_female for female on female sexual depictions that do not qualify for the yuri tag.
I think for out tag definition of bukkake, it should be defined as semen from several male or futanari characters being sprayed upon a single or smaller group of other characters (gender not being a consideration for those being sprayed upon). If we do ever come across "lesbian bukkake," I think what should be done is we generate a new tag like "female bukkake" for any depiction of several females ejaculating upon a single or smaller group of characters (again, gender of those being sprayed upon left open for any gender).

Looking at bisexual it seems too general and lacks the accuracy that a more specialized tag like female_on_female would have though. It would help more using like bisexual yaoi or bisexual yuri to specialize whether it is yuri + straight or yaoi + straight, but given the way the yuri tag is intended for use there should be no instance of bisexual being used with the yuri tag to begin with. I think that also brings up the question on whether or not the yaoi tag then should follow a similar use as the yuri tag.
In short to make bisexual work we either have specialized tags like female_on_female in conjunction with a narrowly define yuri tag or tags like yuri need to be broadened so it can be used together with tags like bisexual.
Wouldn't a bisexual 2girls bukkake search string do the job?
It's a work around, but that's a poor work around in my opinion. Just because there is more than one female character in the image, doesn't mean that it's going to have female on female depictions. At minimum there needs to be one either referring to males on males or females on females, so that you could use a negative search to find the other. Currently yaoi can be used (given how people are using the tag), but given that yaoi is a counterpart to yuri the usage for yaoi in these seems incorrect. If yuri doesn't allow any males involvement, then yaoi likewise should not have any female involvement in any of its depictions.
edit: Noticed you threw in bukkake, what I'm talking about it is solely on the use of bisexual and being able to divide it up for searches (ie a topic no longer related to the topic of bukkake).

Well there was problems with the wiki definition which you fixed, the bigger problem is that without the use of a tag specifying whether there is male-on-male (or yaoi) or female-on-female (or yuri) you're going to have a rather large grab bag of stuff.
One could look at it like this, the yuri tag allows no male involvement in the images because users did not want to find such stuff while looking through the tag. If a user wants to find bisexual images that contained no male-on-male elements or no female-on-female elements, then there currently exists no tag to narrow down the bisexual tag, thus forcing users to have to search through both male-on-male and female-on-female depictions.
Make some new tags, then:
bisexual_yaoi
bisexual_yuri

It's a frequently-blacklisted tag, so there's slightly more reason to be inclusive.

But if there are no male-on-male or female-on-female depictions in the image, how would one distinguish it as bisexual?
I think this is being made more complicated than it needs to be.
yuri = girls doing intimate things together, no male presence allowed (semen counts)
yaoi = guys doing intimate things together, no female presence allowed
bisexual = either gender, plus their own gender AND the opposite, doing intimate things together
And everything else not tagged. It's that simple.
If you want an image where there are no guys in the picture, yet male presence is announced in other ways (for instance, semen) then a search string with exclusionary elements will do the job quite well.
(As an aside: is the part in the bukkake wiki that speaks of the urban-legendary origins of the practice really necessary? I've heard that's dubious at best, and regardless doesn't add anything to useful identification and tag gardening practice here on Danbooru.)
You're really missing what I'm talking about. Bisexual right now can be composed of 3 possible setups: girl-on-girl and straight sex; male-on-male and straight sex; and then stuff that has male-on-male, female-on-female, and straight sex. If a user wants to find images of depicting only straight sex and female-on-female, then they have to dig through the images of straight sex + male-on-male to find it. So bisexual is not "clear cut" it's a composition of 3 different possible scenes with no way to distinguish between them under the current tag setup.
The comparison to yuri, is that some people might be fine with female-on-female and straight sex together in one image, but they might not want to have to see bisexual images that contain male-on-male depictions. The same with those who want to see male-on-male and straight sex, but perhaps not want to see female-on-female depictions.
We could probably leave out the urban-legend stuff for bukkake and put a link to wikipedia for the extra info.

I get where you're going with this, but I think the solution is finer-grained tags rather than diluting existing "purist" tags like yuri. Yaoi should probably be equally purist, but the vast majority of people using Danbooru are probably happy with yuri as a "pure" tag and yaoi as a "taint" tag.
To keep tags simple, I suggest replacing bisexual with:
mmf = Male-on-male with female participation.
ffm = Female-on-female with male participation.
The tags are short and sweet and should be intended to cover everything from threesomes & orgies to two girls covered in semen or take_your_pick situations.
Tagging "ffm mmf" won't distinguish between images with yaoi, yuri, and straight and images with just yaoi & yuri, but I think most people who would like both tags won't mind the lack of a straight pair in the middle of the orgy.
