Same pixiv account and no comments to the contrary. What makes you think that?
The pixiv accounts are different:

Edit: Sorry, it seems I put it badly. Let me clarify: These two pictures are by the same artist (1422), but that is a different artist from the one tagged as 774 before.

As unruly as it sounds moving the "old" one to 774_(nanashi) and giving 774 to the new artist seems to be the only way to go as the "new" 774 owns the 774 username on pixiv and 774_(774) seems overly redundant.
With a note in the wiki to find the guro artist at 774_(nanashi), naturally.
I suppose you could move both but again, redundant as hell.
