So I'll alias chaka_yama to sakayama_shinta.
According to Artist's home page (竹旅籠), his kanji name is 茶化山心太. But, the name is pronounced as "chakayama tokoroten".
竹旅籠の管理人、茶化山心太（ちゃかやま ところてん）です。
I went to his circle home page(梅旅籠) .
He says that:
管理人名
茶菓山 しん太（さかやま しんた）
茶化山心太（ちゃかやまところてん）
Therefore sakayama_shinta and chakayama_tokoroten are right both.

Is おらんげ supposed to really be Orange? Alternate romanization maybe? I thought that was generally オレンジ/おれんじ. I'm thinking of just making this artist orange with a qualifier, unless I'm missing something.

Dude, おらんげ says "orange" no matter how you look at it. Just don't read it in English. It's o/ra/n/ge.

Hah, when I typed orenge it was simply a typo on my part (now fixed). But yes, I was pronouncing them in my head differently and so not noticing I was typing (or intending to type) the exact same thing twice. Nevermind!
