Also, I'm a little confused re: upload slots since the wiki says slots only go down after 3 deletions but I'm sitting at 14 (8/10 progress) despite only having these 2 rejections unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Indeed upload slots decrease by one for every three deletions, but the decrease begins with the first deletion, not the third (from what I've observed).

Just mentioning, that official art has no free pass for being approved.

Obviously a foot fetish pic, but what exactly is poor quality about it? Nothing looks off anatomically-wise. "Very uncomfortable angle and feet" seems like an odd reasoning too.
