I'm not expecting any responsiveness to the feedback related to this tag so I'm just going to accept my own BUR instead. Funny enough, there is already an artist that shares this exact name (猫丸) so it's easy to figure out that this indeed should be nekomaru instead of... how ever you got to "maowan".

Second tag requires disambiguation. They use a few variations so I'll opt for their circle name as the qualifier.
