This should be asashimo_(saury_festival)_(kancolle) to match all the other *_(saury_festival)_(kancolle) tags, and to distinguish it from *_(zuiun_festival)_(kancolle).

Removed "mode" from the last tags that still have it. Consolidating Heian Maru's miko costumes into one umbrella as kai is base w/ additional accessories the same way Heywood's miko outfits.
"un'you_(mitsukoshi_mode)_(kancolle)" still exists, but the last post with this tag is by a banned artist, so I couldn't get to it manually and instead added this tag to this BUR.
Using "autumn_festival" for Shioi as per "autumn" on post #3638002. Maybe Fubuki's festival CG should have this tag too since it is her official autumn CG.

Aren't these supposed to be "zuiun_festival"? Just for consistency with hayasui_(zuiun_festival)_(kancolle).

...goddammit. Yeah, probably they should; I didn't realize we had a Zuiun tag made already, since all the common Zuiun ships didn't have one yet. Unfortunately, it would probably be easier to do a renaming BUR since I've already gone ahead and added the tag to images and wiki pages.

Found both Johnston and Fletcher had several untagged outfits and have been adding them to their wiki pages. I've left off Johnston's waitress outfit since Avenger has it in his BUR already. I've edited Fletcher's outfits into the BUR now that I'm done sorting them out.
Fletcher got really screwed over by the automated attempt to push out the remodel tag, as she has both a Kai and a Mk.II tag; the bot lumped anything it could into Mk.II even if it should have gone into Kai. I'm gonna go gardening her Mk.II tag, but it's likely that any shipgirls with both a Kai and a Kai Ni tag (such as Zuikaku) have been similarly affected.
