https://twitter.com/calpis__ex/status/1426862176682201090 both has the same picture as and (in a reply) links to https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/92005898. It appears both tags were created not knowing their connection. The Twitter account has a new handle and is still getting new art, and the Pixiv account seems abandoned but links to the Twitter account via this new handle, so use that handle instead.

Found http://878708.jugem.jp/ when looking for links to populate the entry for artist #488127 with, got a warning that it's a duplicate of artist #36982. This is like their only link in common and that website identifies the author as being 一花ハナ, but the link was added back in 2011, so who knows what's happened since then. Profile for ichika_h also lists the email as being coawgt@yahoo.co.jp which lines up with the other wgt URLs in wakaya_hana's URLs, but right now I have no fucking clue. If this isn't a false positive, newer -> older -> current moniker.
