Going to give post #8838437 the benefit of the doubt, because it could have originally been a free-to-view post on the now nuked fanbox/pixiv account it originated from (but putting it here anyways in case someone can definitively prove it was a paid reward).

There's a chance they were uploaded at a time when the post was public for all viewers? If we want to give the benefit of the doubt. Can't say I'm familiar enough with Fanbox's model to know how probable that is.

Posts on a subscription platform's free tier are not paid rewards. Paid reward and its subtags are specifically only for when a post requires an active paid subscription to view or for when the post is available on a past rewards shop. None of those are paid rewards. They're also one of the things that the box says not to flag for, which evidently people have a weird hard time reading before submitting.

I don't think we should be preemptively banning or accusing posts of being paid rewards on a stretch of a hunch. This sets a bad precedent. We want as many posts to be available as possible.

The artist has free posts on Fanbox and from what I can see, the ones I banned were never free. You'll notice that I didn't ban everything from that search. The ones I banned were posted a few years ago on Fanbox and only recently posted here and are currently locked under the paid plan.

That's fine, it's just that the way you phrased it suggested otherwise and I don't think it's something we should encourage. This set is fine, but it wouldn't be great if we started banning posts as a "precaution" that were uploaded when they were free for a limited time before being pulled back into a paid plan, since that's something artists do - for example, a piece released for free for the duration of Golden Week.

I think post #7926639 It should be deleted, I just discovered that the actress of the movie on which the image is based actively sought to ensure that those images were not on the Internet and I would like to respect that, it honestly makes me feel guilty, they even contacted the artist to take them down from his page.
