The wiki of no_hands establishes that it is specifically for characters that naturally have no hands. I don't see why no_arms can't fit into the same premise with characters that lack arms existing just like ones without hands. Just off the top of my head I can think of gondola_(meme) and crewmate_(among_us)

I cleared out no legs a while back and it was largely amputee art. I feel like if this is undeprecated it needs a clearer name to exclude cropped limbs and double amputees at a glance, unfortunately I don't have any good suggestions at the moment.

If you want to repurpose this tag for something else then you need to clean it out first. I don't think there's any point in tagging every Amogus character with no arms though. It's a stylized cartoon character, you don't need to tag every part of the human body that is missing.

You can consider armless, since there is an armless amputee and headless.
The problem is that for a body shape without the original existence of joints, the original and proposed variants are poorly suited. I doubt there is an established term for this. At least, I can't remember anything suitable.
If add the "armless" tag, it will include the absence of arms (with or without a shoulder) for all options, except for the prohibition to include amputation or arm injuries (torn off, for example).
Another problem is that the *less tags are largely made aliases to the no_* tags. Then there will be two tags (armless, headless) that will differ in spelling.

The Among Us crewmates are already covered by rayman limbs.
