This is almost certainly not an official English name since the costume was released a couple years after the global version was shut down, but it is an accurate translation of the Japanese name ワガママ・パティシエール. This seems to be the only Valentine's costume across both Tales of the Rays and Tales of Asteria, so I think it's fine to alias it until she gets a new Valentine's costume in the next Tales gacha she appears in, whenever that may be.
