The tag name for the "sense neutering tentacle pit" fetish is currently "kankaku shadan", which is awfully unwieldy especially for those who are not aware of the Japanese name of the fetish.
While personally I would prefer change it to English name, I got objected to reverse it into alias due to recognition issue, so I propose we added an alias for the tag for the sake of findability instead.
