How do I tag this?

This is tagged with Thwomp, but the enemy in the picture is a distinct variation called a Thwimp (Mario wiki link), which doesn't have a tag. Is this something worth changing, or are they similar enough that it should stay under the one tag?
(Apologies if this isn't the exact right place for this question, this is my first time on the forum.)

I would personally make a tag, the enemy looks distinct and functions differently. I'd also add a Mario World tag since that's the game that sprite is from.

Having a bit of trouble discovering any more ways I can tag the set on post #8831953, wondering if I have enough tags or if there's more details I might have missed. Here are some notes I have on the set in case they're any help pointing me to appropriate tags:

- I'm not sure what species of animal Kal'tsit is supposed to be.
- Does what she's sitting on look like a bed and indoors? Am I looking at a curtain when removing the character from the picture?
- Not sure what outfit she's wearing, gacha game character tagging be damned. :CatCry:

runny makeup, it happens when you cry.

I ended up watching the full quest which this image is a reference to and it doesn't seem to be makeup so I'm not sure I want to tag it that way. I thought about corruption but that also has a pretty specific use that I don't think would apply here. I do know Arknights tags a type of infection visible on the skin but it's a gentag specific to them. Not sure what other media can do.

I also watched the quest's cinematics and you might be right on it being Hu Tao being corrupted by fetor than her make up running (my bad).

According to the wiki:

Fetor is easily absorbed by the body and, like Abyssal energy, seems to remain indefinitely. In humans, it greatly accelerates aging, which can cause fatigue, weakness, coma, and ultimately, death.

It didn't say if someone would have their physical appearance altered if they were to absorb fetor, however.

Not sure how to tag this cosplay wise as it's clearly referencing the character Aphrodite in his clothes and color scheme but she does not herself wear those (or any) clothes. So it's not technically a cosplay but an obvious heavy character influence within his fashion and style in this image. Is using the tag correct or is there another more accurate tag?
