its like how we have a aether/lumine tags for genshin's playable character.
I would prefer male v (cyberpunk)/female v (cyberpunk) over names that are only used once twice ever in the entire game.

I'll go with keeping their real names and having male/female utility aliases. Even though it's only a passing mention in the game, it is part of the main story, and from Googling it people do seem generally aware of it. It's not too hard to understand that Valerie must be female V if you see it on a post.
