Just make swinging_* or swinging_on_* tags for things that don't already exist.

Made swinging on swing. But it's not always easy to tell whether someone is merely sitting on a swing or actively swinging on it.
Was meaning to upload this, was wondering if there's a tag for the swinging action here.
Made swinging another. It's not called swinging person so it can include animals.
