deprecate tengoku
deprecate rohan_kishibe
An artist was previously named rohan_kishibe, but was renamed to ten-goku. For some reason, there is a wiki advising against using the tengoku tag, but it isn't deprecated. Kishibe_rohan could also be aliased instead, but I hardly see a point when it's just the name reversed.
[EDIT] I was a bit lazy and qualified rohan_kishibe as a general tag, so I could write a wiki.
