create implication dino_runner -> google_chrome
Dino runner easter egg is specific to Google's Chrome/original Chromium project. Other browsers using Chromium would use another easteregg, for example Edge's Surf game.

Tbh, this feels like implying Minesweeper to Microsoft Windows just because it came with it by default. So I will just give it a meh.

That isn't the same. Minesweeper's Wikipedia even mentions the origins are unclear, and that the design was borrowed, only that the bundled version may have been the first proper one. Meanwhile Dino runner was very explicitly made for Chrome, and that connection is also culturally relevant (as in, something people think of).

It's a good implication as the dino is primarily a Chrome character and a game character second. Maybe dino runner could also be a gentag instead; not sure.
Also, I don't think "dino runner" is the best name for the tag. Though it's descriptive, I don't see the name on pages about it.
Although the Wikipedia article just cites thiird-party sites, the page title in Chrome is "chrome://dino/ - dino game".
Therefore, I think the tag should be something like "chrome dino game", "dino game", "chrome dino".

Moved the wiki to dino (google chrome) as the game is pretty much unidentifable without the character.
