Aliasing applying_makeup_on_another -> applying_another's_makeup

BUR #35723 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias applying_makeup_on_another -> applying_another's_makeup

applying_another's_makeup is more in line with our other tags of this nature (lifting_another's_clothes, grabbing_another's_breast, covering_another's_eyes etc).

It doesn't sound particularly natural IMO

"I'd probably be a lot more careful when applying another's makeup than my own."

"I'd probably be a lot more careful when applying makeup on another than on myself."

One of those sounds a lot more natural to me, and it's not the second one.

Applying another's makeup implies you're doing all their makeup, rather than just some of their makeup like in the majority of this tag. But whatever.
