BUR #36382 has been rejected.
rename mrgx18698869 -> mrgx
The artist has deprecated the older twitter name, and he calls himself gx君 on pixiv, making it appropriate to use mrgx instead.
Somehow I found Chinese artists are quite random on account name, especially those using birthday or some other numbers at the end

For reference, in the future you should use topic #7713 for such requests. Also, since there is no real downside, the BUR should be using an alias instead of a rename. Renames should be reserved for names that, for example, are ambiguous or were never correct in the first place.

Get it. so, say if someone uses this artist's another name and created a new name like mrgx1019, what shall I do if both are existing and have content? In my case mrgx1019 has only 2 images thus I did a manual work, moving everything to mrgx18698869 and created this BUR quest.

If they are the same person, you can alias one to the other. It'll move the posts over automatically.
