The guy who made this tag didn't get the memo that "oh" is an option only when official romanizations use it. I couldn't find anything to support it. In fact, post #6229264 (art from the mangaka) has something different altogether.
edit: yeah, the manga title's official romanisation is kunrei-shiki... not gonna bother with it
