Kabedon on viewer alias and implication

BUR #36416 is pending approval.

create alias pov_kabedon -> kabedon_on_viewer
create implication kabedon_on_viewer -> kabedon

Utility alias + imply it to kabedon tag.

The tag seems to includes images that contextually are not a kabedon. Ex: post #6688589, post #5263367. There are also yukadon images such as post #7101282, post #8810036, and post #8180809.

Both of those would be mistags, though I think those first two example posts could be argued to be kabedon. That said, we even have yukadon on viewer.

If the first two can be argued to be kabedon, then this tag wouldn't be much more than a reaching_towards_viewer pov search.

The line between such an "incoming hug" gesture and a kabedon on viewer will probably be blurry. Looking again, the text on the second one implies the former, while I can totally see someone going "yeah up against a palm tree" on the first one. This still doesn't mean some mistags should be areason to not have the implication at all.
