Reversing the alias here, 2009 tag aliased to a 2021 dupe that's using a stacc name as the main name. For a proper alias, this should be aliased to the romanisation of "うんこたれ象" (from shindou (artist), not yone3).

Slightly off-topic, but "unko tarezou" is actually a reference to Midori no Makibaoo.

The source of the illustration is the game's official Twitter.
And R1NZO retweeted it and talked about how he felt about it and how he painted it. Alt text is the content.
His Twitter background image is also from Ta ga Tame no Alchemist.
The drawing style is also very similar. It may be hard to tell since I have posted many of RINZO's early illustrations, but please compare them.
