Condensing Chess Choco Cookie

BUR #35689 has been rejected.

create alias pawn_black_cookie -> chess_choco_cookie
mass update pawn_white_cookie_(winter_guard) pawn_black_cookie_(winter_guard) -> chess_choco_cookie_(winter_guards) -pawn_white_cookie_(winter_guard) -pawn_black_cookie_(winter_guard)

These two are treated as a single character and there's only one image that doesn't include both, so IMO tagging them separately feels like clutter. We especially don't need to be duplicating an already established costume tag, either.

If they're visually distinct characters they should get separate tags. This is how twins are tagged in other franchises. What we don't need is the umbrella tag for them both.

I'm wary about duplicating their costume tags but they only have one or two so it's probably fine.
