rename girl_power -> girl_power_(meme)

rename girl_power -> girl_power_(meme)

This is an old tag referencing an old meme. However, a few other users (mainly one) have populated the tag with posts that somewhat fit an even older idea of "girl power." I think the tag should be removed entirely from those posts as it doesn't seem like a taggable concept. The only posts that should be tagged with this are the ones referencing the advice column described in the wiki.

Offering this as an alternative. The "meme" qualifier may prevent some mistags, but it still seems ambiguous since the way "girl power" has been used in 90s America could also be seen as a meme of sorts. All valid posts should probably have the meme tag as well.

Any other suggestions for qualifiers are welcome.

I'll do this, this seems to be what the name of the article translates to. I can't find any other information on the meme outside of our own wiki.
