Is there a way to find a post by source URL?

For Pixiv, you can't use source: like that, because each Pixiv post has its source rendered through its direct image link - using post #3412313 as an example, while it shows that its source is https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/73088449, looking at the source field while editing the post shows that it is actually https://i.pximg.net/img-original/img/2019/02/09/21/47/20/73088449_p0.jpg, with the data from the link allowing the visual source to be reconstructed.

Then you'd think, ok, then I'll do source:*pximg*101584077*, but there's no guarantee that'd work either depending on whether or not the post was uploaded after the source became unavailable (since then you can't exactly grab that direct image link, at least not as efficiently). That's why the pixiv: search function exists. pixiv:73088449 nets me my example post from earlier, so regardless of whether or not it is a direct image link, that search function should always work if the post with that given source is on Danbooru - and well, pixiv:101584077 shows nothing, so it seems not to have been uploaded.
