rename solaris_(copyright) -> solaris_(stanislaw_lem)
rename ufo_(copyright) -> ufo_(1970_tv_series)
Using (copyright) as a qualifier for a copyright tag should only be done as a last resort, if there's literally nothing else you could use for these - and these two could've had something more searchable.

Since UFO was handled here, I'll also do this here too. SHADO has gotten shadow mistags, so disambiguating it should stop that.
