Deprecate Tonkatsu

The tag wiki said it is ambiguous, yet for some reason it is not deprecated yet, despite the wiki also states that people should use other tags instead.

Regardless of whether there's been previous discussion or what outcome may have lead to this wiki being written, I find the idea of deprecating the literal name for the dish, which even Wikipedia uses, kind of ridiculous.

If we'd prefer a more generic katsu (food) tag, then tonkatsu should be aliased to that and not deprecated. It's kind of silly to deprecate for "ambiguity" when there is no ambiguity, any characters or artists using the name are literally naming themselves after a well known food dish and it's silly to consider that as making the common word "ambiguous" because of it. There are quite a few characters named Apple, but it'd be extremely silly to say apple is ambiguous because of them.

These can (and probably should be) be manually gardened as well: tonkatsu -katsu_(food) -katsudon_(food) has 97 results. That might make it easier to make a decision about what to do with the name. I much more strongly prefer an alias.

As above, figured that tonkatsu (Japanese fried pork) would better fit into this if someone bothers cleaning it up.
