BUR #34616 is pending approval.

create implication hyottoko_mask -> noh_mask
create implication hannya -> noh_mask
create implication oni_mask -> noh_mask
create implication okina_mask -> noh_mask
create implication tengu_mask -> noh_mask

this leaves us with fox mask and monkey mask, which seem to be noh masks 99% of the time (in fact, i have yet to find any non-noh posts in those tags, though i didnt look that intensely), but there still is a risk there are some non-noh fox masks hidden somewhere among thousands of kitsunes

i also found kappa_mask but it can't be implied due to its small count

...additionally, is there seriously no tag for the white-skinned creepy woman noh mask? ko-omote, based on our wiki

Too confusing. This is like saying rose can't imply flower because it could be a tattoo of a rose. I'd rather either make a tag for hannya tattoos or hannya designs, or just accept that mask can include artistic depictions of masks rather than just literal masks.
