I'm struggling to find any Japanese source on the reading of 將 (found at least one English source claiming it was read as Susumu even), but based on the context of the one illustration that Takeuchi Masaru currently has (post #1828305) and that it's written in English… I'm starting to think it's read Masaru. Willing to accept rebuttals.

Not sure who Uehara is supposed to be, but considering they're tagged exclusively on the game CGs for Private Garden it might be actually for Keseran, the only artist for that trilogy as far as I can tell. Rename because Uehara is ambiguous as hell (and makes it really damn hard to double check what this tag was supposed to be).

uehara used to be artist #71247 but the entry was deleted. While I'm critically doubtful that uehara is keseran due to very different art styles and content focus (the former of who is still very much active, their last post on Twitter being 3 hours ago at the time of writing this), it could also be a pen name they used. That being said, on top of this tag's ambiguity, it makes sense to just accept this to move the posts over given that indeed the only posts under this tag are for game CGs that are credited to keseran.
If uehara is to properly get an artist tag later if they don't already have a new one, it should be qualified and reflect their current works.
ETA: For the record, if a separation needs to happen to fix this if needed for any reason: id:105638,107432,107723,108127,185790,107722 status:any were under keseran and the rest under uehara.
