Honkai Impact 3rd logo parody should become a tag

BUR #35829 has been approved by @evazion.

mass update pool:17564 -id:6796989 -> honkai_impact_3rd_icon_parody

Honkai Impact 3rd's logo is iconic and subject to parody frequently. I feel that it's specific enough in its presentation (key elements include the display of the copyright name, zoom-in on the face, wink, yellow background and often finger-gunning the screen) that it should become a tag for better surfacing. It doesn't quite fit logo parody so while that is the tag name, I'm not adding logo parody because that's for slightly changed real logos to avoid copyright issues.

The pool has some dubious cases which I've chosen to still include anyway or omit:

  • post #6120447 was not excluded. It is a game CG unambiguously intended to be a callback to the game's logo, appearing at the end of the game's main storyline.
  • post #6578643 was not excluded. You're kidding yourself if you think it's not intended to be a reference to the game logo.
  • post #6796989 was excluded. Despite quite literally being the game's logo, it is neither a parody or fitting with the current examples.

A potential issue includes the results for ~close-up ~portrait finger_gun -pool:17564 or similar. I feel that these finger guns are distinct enough from what's being parodied in the pool that they shouldn't be a consideration nor tagged as such. Another issue is that the pose is considerably generic and, if tagged properly, could be covered by our existing tags - just that it won't be a 2 or 1 tag search (close_up finger_gun pointing_at_viewer one_eye_closed as an example). Both of these lead me to meh my own BUR but still see if we can work something out about a tag where the logo is obviously parodied and then removing the pool.

Yeah, it is - the logo's different. I didn't actually realise there might be a semantic issue regarding that. Modified the BUR slightly since no one's voted on it yet besides myself, though my own meh opinion remains unchanged even then. I feel like it should be a taggable thing but when some leeway is given as to its presentation (is not exactly a square image with the character doing finger guns) the qualifications blur a bit, as mentioned in the last bit of my rationale.
