This is above even kantai_collection, and it also gets in the way of kemonomimi_mode. The only use I can see people getting out of this alias is to save themselves a single key press by doing "k tab" instead of "an tab".
I can't even find the BUR where this was approved, which I assume means it was made a long, long time ago, before BURs were even necessary to create aliases (or perhaps even before they existed at all).

I don't think anyone is using this, not even speed taggers - you'd have to type "animal_t" before tab chooses animal_tail over animal_ears, and using "a down down down" takes just as many keystrokes as simply typing "tail".

penis is not a particularly hard tag to find. As such, rather than this being a utility alias, it strikes me as an alias to prevent people from using dick/dicks instead of penis, before we had the ability to deprecate tags.

Deprecation wikis will work better for large_tits and huge_tits, and we already have forced_title_drop for the title drop meme, making the existing title_drop -> copyright_name alias useless.
As for tit_window, any tit aliases are only useful if the phrase is actually popular with tit in it. titjob, for instance, is an extremely popular term for paizuri with almost 95 million Google results, meaning it makes sense as an alias. tit_window, however, only has a meager 17k. The much more popular slang for cleavage_cutout is boob_window, with over 550k results. We don't need the tit_window alias.
