Paid rewards. I can confirm as I've previously been subscribed to this artist and the signs are blatant (manually changed source, PNG resolution, NSFW variants that are never released publicly and third-party sources).
For unbanning per forum #330958, accidentally tagged as paid reward. Tags were fixed by a moderator but the posts were not unbanned.
ETA: These were not the ones in question, I thought they were but it was actually just my blacklist triggering.

Boruto hentai created by a banned artist. Poster incorrectly sourced it by linking to Gelbooru.
Edit: And now I'm not sure here. SauceNAO says that the only attribution to this artist is from Gelbooru (to which it was uploaded directly), and that this artist had their Hentai Foundry gallery purged on suspicion of uploading art with wildly differing styles that wasn't theirs.
