There seem to currently be some mistags, but based on the initial wiki description this is intended to be for winners of illustration contests, which based on the general critera for metatags ("something that can't be seen within the image") should therefore have its category changed to avoid mistags in the future.

It should be cleaned up first. There's too many images of characters winning a contest in it right now.

In addition to the name being ambiguous, someone added this line to the wiki at some point, which might also be muddying the waters.

"Use with contest winner and medal if appropriate."

I'll remove it from the wiki since it doesn't align with the intended use of the tag.

The tag name is honestly too open for mistagging and either should be renamed or qualified to make it clear it's for images that are contest winners as opposed to depicting characters winning contests.

Making it meta should be enough. Most of the mistags only come from a couple of bara uploaders not paying attention to what they're doing.
