Alternate costumes are normally implicated to the main character tag.
By the way, checking/correction of the tag's name is welcome. The name "microwound treatment" comes from a machine translation of 微創治療 from the commentary of one of the images, and may be completely wrong.

The bulk update request #34787 (forum #323627) has been approved by @evazion.
Also, this costume seems to be partly-official, as it probably comes from Official Artist Extras post #4703920 by sho, so the wiki page should be rewritten accordingly.
