rename funnel -> funnel_(tool)
create alias ship_funnel -> smokestack
deprecate funnel
The tag "funnel" is a mess, because it is very frequently mistagged in place of smokestack due to the lack of alias for "ship funnel", along with the existence of "funnels (gundam)" tag. Therefore I would like to rename the tag and deprecate it to avoid confusion, then add the "ship funnel" alias for "smokestack" to reduce mistagging.
