Living clothes would work equally well for any genuine non-Slyveon cases.
I would be against nuking this because there's no way to search for ribbon being used to hold things etc., doesn't matter if it's just one character. But it needs to be cleaned up because it looks like some people are canon-tagging it when the ribbons are simply present in an image without anything indicating they are "controlled like a hand or tentacle" (the same probably applies to prehensile_hair).
I am not going to do the cleanup, just voicing my opinion.
There's only just one non pokemon post with tag huh (post #7878464).
