Ornate Implications

BUR #34967 has been rejected.

create implication ornate_armor -> ornate
create implication ornate_border -> ornate
create implication ornate_clothes -> ornate
create implication ornate_ring -> ornate
create implication ornate_weapon -> ornate

The wiki for ornate already states that it covers armor, clothing, and weapons, but the tags in question are all useful for narrowing a search down with far greater specificity. Also a good excuse for me to go and create/flesh out wikis where appropriate.

Ornate is a bad tag, it's too broad and poorly defined. And lately we've been moving away from umbrella tags that combine unrelated things like clothes and borders and items all in one tag.

The bulk update request #34967 (forum #328148) has been rejected by @evazion.

Should we instead deprecate ornate and sort everything into qualified sub-tags like the ones above then?
