Laimu implication request

BUR #34943 has been rejected.

create implication laimu_(vtuber)_(cozy) -> laimu_(vtuber)
create implication laimu_(vtuber)_(winter) -> laimu_(vtuber)
create implication laimu_(vtuber)_(1st_costume) -> laimu_(vtuber)

I wanted to expand the tags given to Laimu to better organize some posts featuring her.

For reference if you ever make a BUR for VTuber costumes again, please post it in topic #23520. Since you've already made it, it's fine to keep here, but remember for next time.

Additionally, you have the wrong tag for her Winter attire, you should edit your BUR to fix that.
