As shown here in the wiki, the character currently tagged as "Zen'ou (Dragon Ball)" is actually called "Zeno" or the more honorific "Grand Zeno", so I think an official romanization should be used instead.

Technically speaking, you just contradicted yourself by the fact that the very wiki you linked has listed (全王 Zen’ō, lit. "King of All"), indicating what his actual romanization is. By that metric, the Danbooru tag is actually correct, as it follows the modified Hepburn system used by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan that Danbooru has adopted since 2020 (topic #17011).

Actual and official romanization are two different things, and the reason why I point this out is that the same discussion that led to the modified Hepburn system being adopted also affirmed the then-growing interest to utilize official romanizations as opposed to actual ones, as the two can be different (topic #17000). Goku himself got hit by this in topic #17551. But the issue that official romanizations bring is if there are multiple official romanizations, and unfortunately, Zeno is a case of this.

We have an instance so common that it's even talked about in Zeno's Pixpedia article, the usage of both 'Zen-Oh' and 'Zeno'. You can see this same romanization discrepancy on the official Dragon Ball website, where their article showcasing Zeno very visibly has a "Zen-Oh" tag on it. While Super's anime dub goes with Zeno, the Super card game goes with Zen-Oh, etc, etc. I personally don't mind if the tag does get changed to Zeno, but I just felt the need to point this out.
