What can be done with chikuwabu_(pixiv54366)? She seems to go by "Kotetsu", "Chikuwabu", and "Tobi" more recently, but there's artists under the first two and a character on the latter. Maybe chikuwabu_(tobi)?
Speaking of which, is anyone aware of any way to find pixiv artists by their usernames, from within the pixiv UI? I've run recently into some artists with no profile links and only expired post links, and was completely unable to find their profile. I went through several of the search options they have there, but none seemed to take the username into account.

Well, saucenao.com recently added a "Pixiv Images" database to their list of databases. Although that'll probably only help in two cases: 1) artist removes a picture then uploads it again, effectively changing the URL to the picture; or 2) someone posts a Pixiv picture to Danbooru without a proper source URL.
Well then I dunno.

This would run into clashes with the omaemone meme from 2chan, so _(pixiv) or _(artist) is needed.

"Youta" is an official eroge illustrator with a good amount of posts here, so it's probably better to add a precision to the latter, which I did (with the circle name, which is preferred). It looks like the previous Pixiv images of the latter Youta were mistakenly tagged to shinjou_ryou, whom he has collaborated with but has a different Pixiv account (fixed them on the Pixiv side, but it seems that they share a blog).

For the second one, nope, so done. The penname is just kaminagi but we have some other kaminagis so using the circle name is fine.
For the first, we have another homare artist with qualifier so I'll use homare_(fool's_art) after the website.
