The Usefulness of All Santa_* Tags

As feels thematically appropriate for the season, I was wondering if we really need all the different santa_* clothing tags? A couple of them are of course good but some of the lesser ones feels dubious in usage. The following is a list of my opinion on the subject:

The good ones: santa hat, santa costume, santa dress, santa bikini, santa mask

The dubious ones: santa boots, santa gloves, santa capelet

The bad ones: santa bra, santa leotard, santa panties, santa hood, santa cape (none of these are capes)

Santa bra and santa panties could probably just be covered by a santa lingerie (or santa underwear) tag. Everything else in dubious & bad can prob be nuked or aliased tho, since in many cases the only reason these things are identifiably "santa" is because of the costume as a whole.

I think everything in dubious and below should be manually moved to santa costume/bikini and given the appropriate red + fur-trimmed tags.

After looking thru a bunch of these tags with the omission of Santa costume and/or Santa dress, it just seems we have a lot of undertagged Santa costume posts as a result (even though the wiki says it doesn't have to literally be a 1 to 1 cosplay of Santa).

These lesser tags like santa boots, santa gloves, santa capelet are useless, all they do is make it harder to find santa costumes by fragmenting the tagging. Currently to find all Santa-themed outfits you have to search a bunch of different santa_* tags plus things like red capelet and fur-trimmed capelet because the tagging is all over the place.

I was gonna put another BUR with deprecate instead (if we want people to go through and tag up with santa costume and similar) but I don't want to make wikis for the tags if we are gonna go with the nuke instead.

(santa_boots or santa_gloves or santa_capelet or santa_cape or santa_hood or santa_panties or santa_bra or santa_leotard) -santa_costume could use some gardening if people want to preserve this information by adding an appropriate red_* fur-trimmed_* tag set.

Santa costume should only be used in cases where there's a significant amount of a santa-themed outfit in my opinion. Things like post #8797787 might imply a Christmas theme but having a santa_* tag here pollutes results. post #8649081 only needs santa hat, red capelet and fur-trimmed capelet; santa costume feels bad on it because it's not the majority part of her wear compared to something like post #8671831 ETA: but it depends on if santa costume should be when it's the majority or if this threshold would be acceptable since you could also argue this is definitely an attempt to look santa-y. Things like post #8738949, post #8684014, post #8615341, post #8614698 are without santa costume but would totally fit. post #8610426 may be dubious but it might be something people are looking for when they search santa costume.

A lot of the aforementioned lesser santa tags are being used as replacements for red and fur trim tags. It might even be possible to pitch an alternative to mass update each of these lesser tags to a duo set so that the santa tags can be nuked while applying an alternative and thus without needing to write a wiki for deprecation purposes.
