If an artist's wiki page has a link to one of their socials but that account is suspended/banned and they've since made a new one, should the wiki page feature both the defunct and new links or just the new one?

Artist wikis should not contain links at all, instead they should be added to the artist entry, see howto:artist.
If a link is dead add a - in front of the link to mark it but don't remove it.

What is an artist wiki? Never seen one.
Sometimes the artist page has a simple description on what the artist specializes in or what circles they are in from what I seen.

That is an artist wiki. They don't tend to get created as much anymore, but a bunch of older entries have URLs in them that never got exploded away.
